Mithril Security ("Mithril", "us") is a software development company based in France and the US, dedicated to crafting AI solutions that excel in both efficiency and security. We specialize in creating AI products that incorporate state-of-the-art technology. By leveraging our expertise, we have developed LaVague, an open-source Large Action Model framework to automate automation. Our services are designed to offer users the tools and resources needed to enhance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and innovate within their respective domains through automation.
By using our apps, services, or website (collectively, "Services"), you agree to our Terms of Service ("Terms").
No use by minors. To use LaVague's services, you must be at least 18 years old. Depending on where you reside, the minimum age to use our Services without parental consent might be greater.

You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners or in ways that harm Mithril Security, our Services, or our systems. For instance, you must not (a) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in an unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services.

Consulting our websites (mithrilsecurity.io and all subdomains) do not contain content tracking cookies except the following, automatically transmitted to the server by the browser when visiting our websites.
Those cookies are generated by Piwikpro, a solution compliant with GDPR and CCPA. The website's hosting provider collects these primarily technical elements. The site administrator can view them from the interface provided by the host and only for the current day.

Your Rights. You own the information you submit through our Services. You own the Content you create with our Services.
Our Rights. Mithril Security’s services, design, content, copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights are exclusively ours. Any feedback you provide can be used to improve Mithril Security, but the resulting improvements and all associated intellectual property rights remain ours. Your License. Mithril Security grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms Termination: You or we can end this relationship at any time. If you leave us, we’ll delete your account data within 90 days in accordance with legal requirements.

Mithril Security reserves the right to modify the Terms periodically. Upon any changes, the “Last Modified” date at the end of the Terms will be updated. Your ongoing use of our Services indicates your acceptance of these revised Terms, superseding all previous versions. All users must adhere to prevailing export control and trade sanctions laws. The present Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Mithril Security concerning our Services. If you disagree with our Terms at any point, you should cease using our Services immediately. Our inability to enforce a specific clause within the Terms doesn't relinquish our right to do so in the future. Should any part of the Terms be found illegal, void, or unenforceable, that specific part will be considered separate from the rest, which will remain in effect. Mithril Security’s Services are not meant for distribution or use in locations where such actions would contravene local regulations or place us under foreign regulations. Mithril Security designs products to provide AI services while ensuring users' data remains private and is neither collected nor collectible by our organization. We employ state-of-the-art security to guarantee data sent to LaVague remains private. At no time do we store data sent to LaVague, nor do we see them or train AI models on them.

Technical Data: Essential technical data, such as authentication tokens and other materials required to provide our Services, is stored on our servers. However, we limit this data only to what's essential for the smooth operation of our Services. We collect the following technical data on the queries :
